My name is Elaine. I had been a part of YOTEX APPAREL since last week. I have a general idea of company now. Please follow to get to know it and tell you how I feel.
First, YOTEX APPAREL had moved to a new office since April this year. It is in Room503, Block A, Lane629, Dingbian Road,Putuo, Shanghai, China. It is closer to Hongqiao Airport. In other words, it brings us the convenience to mail the express. And the environment here is quiet and comfortable. The working atmosphere is open and simple so that efficiency had been improved a lot. There are 4 people in the office. Each of us performs our own role on work.
Working in Yotex means that my first exposure to clothing industry. First contact with clothing makes me feel excited and nervous. I feel excited in that I can learn something new and I am interested in it, meanwhile, which makes me feel nervous because we I always get stuck at work. Fortunately, I can ask help for my colleague when I have any questions.
I found that a garment looks simpler than it actually is. It involves many people’s efforts, such as factory, manufacturer and supplier. Various roles links together, complement each other, promote garment to be completed and guarantee the quality and quantity delivered on time. In addition, if you have ever looked at a new garment from mall, you may realize that one garment connects with many accessories, such as hangtag, packing bag, pin, sticker and etc. Not only the fabric is carefully selected, but also all kinds of accessories are. The garment is not as simple as we think.
Sometimes when we switch the role and then look at same things again, it always challenges the ideas that we already had .But we may see a different world. Learning never stops. All we can do is keep calm and carry on.
