Since the start of 2020, coronavirus is being very keenly watched by the public across the country. Because novel coronavirus has spread across China and beyond. WHO declares the COVID-19 viral disease that had swept into at least 114 countries and killed more than 4000 people a pandemic. In this condition, various countries took corresponding measures against novel coronavirus.
This outbreak of epidemics brought an unprecedented impact on many industries. The clothing industry is no exception. The logistics disruption, failure to rework and shortage of raw materials caused by the recent outbreak in China have eased. Recently, the biggest problem factories facing has changed from inability of work resumption to decrease of orders. With more and more countries become COVID-19 disaster areas, there has been a great change in the foreign trade market. From January to February, the outbreak in China was so severe that production get struck and overseas customers were urging progress of orders. Now European and US market are following the Chinese market into the doldrums. Brand customers are becoming cautions. The orders from March to June have been cancelled or delayed. The trend after June is still hard to judge.
During the coronavirus, Yotex is nearly not affected. The factory capacity is still sufficient.
