- The core purpose of the Water Absorption Test is to verify the fabric’s ability to absorb and wick moisture. Whether it’s sweat encountered in daily wear or accidental water splashes, the fabric’s water absorption performance directly affects wearing comfort. Through testing, we select fabrics with reasonable water absorption and good dryness, avoiding stuffiness and stickiness of garments.
- The Color Fastness Test focuses on the stability of the fabric’s color. By simulating daily scenarios such as washing and friction, we test whether the fabric will fade or stain. This test is directly related to the aesthetics and durability of garments, effectively preventing the embarrassment of color fading or dyeing other clothes after consumers wear or wash them.
- The Fabric Weight Test aims to accurately control the weight specification of the fabric. Weight not only affects the texture and drape of the garment but is also closely related to the wearing scenario—for example, summer garments require lightweight fabrics to ensure breathability, while winter garments need fabrics with appropriate weight to balance warmth. Through testing, we ensure that the weight of the selected fabric meets the design requirements, achieving the best balance between the texture and wearing experience of the garment.
