Quick Guideline
Before we started, hope you could understand below 2 basic rules:
- Bulk MOQ:500pcs/style within 2-3 colorways, which means there will be at least 150-200pcs per color in one style;
- Sampling Charge: 3 times of bulk costing, which we will refund an extra amount when you placed a bulk order with us.

When you are good with bulk MOQ and sampling costing,please provide your 1st collection with Tech Packs info for our rough costing.
- Collection basic info with styles pic, colorway, and fabric requirement, so we could get to know your whole project’s rough information
- Tech pack per style needs at least: BOM, Construction page, and Size spec for our future pattern making.
If you don’t have a formal&professional Tech pack, come to find us to provide one for you.
After we received your collection with colorways, styles, fabric inform, QTY etc, we could give a rough costing for you:
Please take note:
- Costing is based on QTY you cnfmed, if QTY is decreased, garment costing will be 10%-20% surcharge based our initial costing.
- If there will be fabric&trims dying surcharge,will list when you place bulk formal order.
- Usually we will provide FOB costing first, door-to-door costing will depend on shipping method, bulk weight&CBM etc.
- In order to better compare landed costing, we could offer LDP costing with import duty&tax included.

When you feel our costing is “Wow,not bad”, it is great to take next step:Sampling.
Below are some tips you should know:
- Sampling stage:proto sample-fit sample-PPs(Prior production sample)
- Sampling Leadtime:7-10 days for a single style,10-14 days for complex style with fabric arrived
- After proto is received, it is time you decide to drop or keep it for future bulk orders.
- Once bulk order is placed, styles/qty/fabric are all confirmed, can’t change it at this moment due to we might place fabric&trims to our factories.
- Bulk production: 25-35 days after the prior product sample is approved by the customer

If PPs approved, it is time to start bulk,don’t forget to give PPs comments along with grading to us.
Then it is our production time:
- Only after bulk cut approved, we will start bulk production.
- Bulk production: 25-35 days after prior product sample approved by customer
- After bulk cut finsihed,will send bulk sample which we called it TOP for your approval.
- Only after TOPs approved, we will prepare shipping inform and submit balanced invoice.

- Express or Air, if you have to splits your shipment into small bulk, like less than 10 cartons, we would offer express or air costing to you;

There are usually 2 kinds of invoices when you started transferring production oversea.
- Sampling invoice:3 times of bulk costing
- Bulk invoice: 50%Deposit/50%Balanced
For sampling invoice,
- Usually when we finished protos sampels, we will send sampling invoices before sending samples to your side.
- It is 3 times of bulk cost and shipping costing will be added if you choose to use our discount FedEx/DHL account.
- Of course, we will deduct the extra amount from upcoming balanced invoices.
For bulk invoice,
- 50%Deposit: After proto or fit samples are confirmed by your side, when you place a bulk order, it is time to place 50% deposit on our side. Usually we need it to order fabric and trims for the incoming bulk.
- 50% Balanced: After TOP/Bulk shipping samples confirmed by your side, it is time to collect a balanced invoice, meanwhile, we will discuss which shipping method you will use;
- Free Service:For new order,no matter big or small, we will send our In-House Bulk Inspection Report.
If you have an express account from UPS/FedEx/DHL,please advise it to our side so that we could send it with freight collect.
If you don’t have a shipping account or your account don’t have a discount,we will usa our discount shipping account and will debit the shipping costs with sampling to you together.

As an international business, balanced invoices are often paid against the shipment, new customers might wonder: how Yotex could make sure product quality meets our requirements?
Here share with you one format of internal bulk inspection report which is streamlined and optimized from 3rd inspection lab.
In general, our order minimums are influenced by fabric and trim minimums, and can vary depending on style complexity and fabric composition.
For OEM business:
- for cut and sew styles,Bulk MOQ:500pcs/style within 2 colorways, which means 250pcs per color in one style, within around 5 sizes.
- for seamless styles,it is 300pcs/color/size in one style.
For ODM business:
- Right now we only have women’s activewear ODM collection, with logo or without logo
- Bulk MOQ: 50pcs/style with mixed colors and sizes.

Bulk Fabric On-Site Inspection
Case sharing: once bulk fabric is ready, our QC person will check its quality as attached.
If it has something unqualified, will discuss with our customer and fix a way to solve it.
Sampling Leadtime:
For simple styles, it will be 7-10 days after the fabric&trims arrived.
For complex styles,it will take 10-14 days.
